Tickets are valid for the entire day of purchase and give access to all exhibitions in both J4 and fort Saint-Jean buildings.
Access to the buildings (outside exhibitions) and gardens of the Mucem (including footbridges) is free during the opening hours of the museum.
 
Family tickets is valid for 2 adults compulsorily with 1 to 5 children.

Free admission for disabled visitors and their companion, professionals (journalists, guides, ICOM or ICOMOS cards holders…)  and Citypass holders.

Free and discount tickets (for young people aged 18 to 25 and teachers in France) are only delivered within the museum.
